WE OFFER HOLIDAY PAY TO OUR EMPLOYEES
Bright Staffing and Recruiting recognizes three paid holidays per year. You qualify for holiday pay if:
- You’ve worked 2,080 hours in 12 consecutive months ending on full week prior to the holiday week.
- You are on assignment the week of the holiday day.
- You work the schedule workday before and after the holiday. The pay for a holiday is in accordance with your current rate of pay. Holidays recognized by Bright Staffing and Recruiting LLC are New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
5 Paid Vacation Days
This benefit is determined at the beginning of your first pay period with Bright Staffing and Recruiting (this is your vacation start date.)Once you have worked 52 consecutive weeks we offer 5 vacation days per year.
This date begins a 52 week period during which vacation may be earned as follows:

Production Engineer
$18-$24 /HR
Monday – Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Design, evaluation, and approval of packaging for new products and improvements to existing ones
Design and edition of drawing for new projects and engineering changes
Preparation and shipment of samples for customer approval
